Auszug
Die Relation, die zwischen einer bestimmten Wohnform und einer spezifischen Verhaltensweise besteht, ist ein klassisches Thema der Stadtsoziologie. Und gerade auf diesem Gebiet versuchen die „Macher“ in Form von Gesetzen, aus der soziologischen Reflexion einen Nutzen zu ziehen; Gesetze, die es erlauben, Gebäudevolumen oder Stadtraum in Soziabilität umzusetzen. Die Manipulierung des sozialen Lebens durch eine Planung des Rahmens ist ein Traum hauptsächlich der Utopisten und Technokraten, der schon unzählige, sich ständig vermehrende Untersuchungen hervorgebracht hat; sie wollen alle eine Korrelation überprüfen, die empirisch jedoch in einem anderen Zusammenhang festgestellt wurde.
