Zusammenfassung
Die Optimierung der Leistung von Arbeitssystemen („performance“) bei gleichzeitiger Berücksichtigung des menschlichen Wohlbefindens („well-being“) wurde von internationalen Expertinnen und Experten aus dem Bereich Human Factors/Ergonomics als ein charakterisierendes Merkmal arbeitswissenschaftlicher Forschung und Anwendung beschrieben (Dul et al. 2012).
