Zusammenfassung
Neben den Wunden, bei denen sich im Rahmen der gestörten Heilung eine zunehmende Fragilität der Kapillarstrombahn bildet, sind es vor allem die chronischen Wunden im Zusammenhang mit einem langjährigen Diabetes mellitus oder einer chronischvenösen Insuffizienz, bei denen die Permeabilitätsstörung im Sinne einer gesteigerten vaskulären Durchlässigkeit eine eigenständige Problematik darstellt. Die Therapie dieser pathologischen Gefäßpermeabilität ist von großem therapeutischen Interesse. Im Sinne eines Exsudatmanagements können sicherlich verschiedenste Verbandsmaterialien mit unterschiedlicher Wasserbindungskapazität eingesetzt werden, doch ist ein kausaler Therapieansatz sicherlich noch effektiver. Dieser kausale Ansatz ist durch die Gabe von Faktor XIII möglich, wie in verschiedenen experimentellen und klinischen Studien gezeigt worden ist.
