Abstract

With the rapid development of big data, Internet of things, artificial intelligence and 5G technology, the construction of smart campus has become the development trend of Chinese universities. Objective: through the combination of sustainable methods and service systems, to reconstruct the Chinese campus service system, optimize teaching, management and information systems, improve user experience, and promote the transformation, upgrading and sustainable development of smart campus. Methods: firstly, this paper analyzes the literature, summarizes the current situation of the construction of smart campus in China, and then from the point of view of problems, this paper constructs the service system framework of smart campus with the method of sustainable design. Finally, author choses a campus scene, canteen, and uses the method of service design to verify the theory.
