Abstract

The objective of this study is to evaluate the usability of Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) of Bank of China (BOC). Several experiments were designed to identify the reasonability and validity of existing product’s navigation and its usability. Eight users, ages twenty to forty participated in the study. Response measures included System Usability Scale (SUS), questionnaire according to Leventhal and Barnes Usability Model and an interview.
