The author would like to note an error on page 588 in the mindfulness-based program section of this paper. The meaning of the first sentence of the third paragraph is currently ambiguous. The sentence has been rephrased thus:

A key tenet and ethic of MBPs has always been that it is important to recontextualize the Buddhist teachings into a form that is culturally appropriate for delivery in mainstream institutions; is universally accessible to people of all faiths and none; and is free of ideology, dogma, or linkage to religion.
