There is a mistake on p. 295, left column under “Mandibular advancement devices.” The first entry should read correctly:

MADs may be an alternative to positive airway pressure therapy in patients with mild to moderate OSA (AHI ≤ 30/h). This is particularly relevant for patients with a body mass index (BMI) <30 kg/m2 and position-dependent OSA (A).
