24. Ultraschall bei Terminüberschreitung und Übertragung

Zusammenfassung

Bei Terminüberschreitung und Übertragung steigen die Risiken für eine perinatale Mortalität und Morbidität deutlich an. Zusätzliche Risikofaktoren (z. B hypertensive Erkrankung, fortgeschrittenes mütterliches Alter, Diabetes mellitus) sollten die Frequenz und Intensität der Überwachung und die Entscheidung zur Einleitung der Geburt beeinflussen. Es werden die Überwachungsmöglichkeiten (Kardiotokogramm, Ultraschall, Dopplersonographie, biophysikalisches Profil) dargestellt und in ihrer Bedeutung diskutiert.
