Zusammenfassung

Die Bewegungsanleitung ist ein wesentlicher Bestandteil in der täglichen Arbeit der meisten Physiotherapeuten. Viele wichtige Untersuchungen und große Bevölkerungsumfragen wurden in den letzten Jahren durchgeführt, die Physiotherapeuten dabei helfen, ihre subfertilen Patientinnen und Patienten gezielt und individuell darüber zu beraten, welche Form und welche Menge an Bewegung für sie sinnvoll ist, um ihre Fertilität zu verbessern. Nicht allen Männern und Frauen hilft dasselbe Training. Die Form und Menge des Trainings, das für den Einzelnen optimal ist, hängt vom Gewicht, von eventuellen Diagnosen und dem Lebensstil ab. Dieses Kapitel gibt Ihnen Anleitungen, wie Sie trainieren können, wenn Sie normal-, unter- oder übergewichtig sind und/oder PCOS haben. Enthalten ist auch eine spezielle Trainingsanleitung für Männer. Darüber hinaus wird die Bedeutung des Vitamin-D-Metabolismus für die Fruchtbarkeit erklärt und es wird gezeigt, wie man am besten einen guten Vitamin D-Stoffwechsel durch Sport im Freien sicherstellen kann.
