Reliabilität des PRISCUS-PAQ

Fragebogen zur Erfassung körperlicher Aktivität von Personen im Alter von 70 Jahren und älter

Zusammenfassung

Um die körperlicher Aktivität (PA) von Personen im Alter von ≥70 Jahren in epidemiologischen Studien erfassen zu können, fehlt ein geeignetes Messinstrument (Q). Das Ziel der vorliegenden Arbeit war die Entwicklung und Evaluation des Fragebogens PRISCUS-PAQ. Dazu wurden bestehende Aktivitätsfragebögen übersetzt und für Ältere adaptiert. Die Reliabilität des PRISCUS-PAQ wurde an 91 zufällig ausgewählten Personen im Alter von 70 bis 98 (76±5) Jahren, davon 36% Männer, nach 4 Wochen überprüft. Die Intraklassenkorrelation (ICC) für die Test-Retest-Reliabilität des PRISCUS-PAQ-Gesamtscores betrug 0,59; für die einzelnen Aktivitäten lag diese zwischen 0,47 (Wege zu Fuß) und 0,82 (Fahrradfahren). Die Erfassung alltäglicher Aktivitäten, z. B. Hausarbeit (ICC=0,59), war im Allgemeinen weniger reliabel als die sportlicher Aktivitäten, z. B. Gymnastik (ICC=0,76). Insgesamt ist PRISCUS-PAQ ein kurzes Messinstrument mit akzeptabler Reliabilität, um körperliche Aktivität älterer Menschen im Telefoninterview zu erfassen. PRISCUS-PAQ wird nun u. a. im Rahmen des Forschungsverbundes PRISCUS in einer großen epidemiologischen Studie eingesetzt.
