Anamnese

Die Ehefrau des 84-jährigen Patienten alarmiert den Rettungsdienst, nachdem der Patient mehrmals synkopiert war. Beim Eintreffen des Rettungsdienstes war der Patient wach und ansprechbar. Die Ehefrau berichtet, dass ihr Ehemann in den letzten Wochen immer wieder stürzen würde und für kurze Zeit das Bewusstsein verlöre. Bekannt sei eine koronare Herzerkrankung, eine arterielle Hypertonie und eine Erhöhung der Blutfette. 2011 hätte der Patient einen Herzinfarkt erlitten. Der Patient nimmt Metoprolol 97,5 mg 2-mal täglich, Simvastatin 40 mg, Amlodipin 10 mg, ASS 100 mg und Ramipril 5 mg.
