Zusammenfassung

Eine unangemessene Emotionsregulation hat negative Auswirkungen auf Ihre seelische und körperliche Gesundheit. Eine intelligente Gefühlsregulation hingegen senkt das Risiko für psychische Störungen und geht mit positiven Gefühlen und Wohlbefinden einher.
