Conflict of interest

AT, RS and VC are members of the Board of the Czech Resuscitation Council of which OMS-ZOLL and Physio-Control are both partners supporting its educational activities. AT helped to introduce the AutoPulse system into the pre-hospital and experimental setting in the Czech Republic, and has been using it on regular basis since 2006. PH and LZ declare no conflict of interest.
