Zusammenfassung

Eine frühe zielgerichtete hämodynamische Stabilisierung kann im septischen Schock zu einer reduzierten Letalität beitragen. Nach der viel zitierten Studie von Rivers aus dem Jahr 2001 wurden nun 2014 und 2015 drei große randomisierte Studien publiziert (ProCESS, ARISE, ProMISe), welche die von Rivers et al. postulierte „early goal-directed therapy“ in der Notaufnahme infrage stellen. In der vorliegenden Übersichtsarbeit werden diese drei Studien zur Therapie der Sepsis in der Notaufnahme vorgestellt. Es wird diskutiert, welche Konsequenzen für die klinische Praxis daraus abgeleitet werden können.
