Abstract

Assessment and feedback are two integrally linked processes in resuscitation education. The concept of ‘feedback’ implies a retrospective review of performance. This article also introduces the concept of ‘feedforward’ to reinforce the concept that learners need to be told how to improve in order to reach their desired goals.
