Das Unglück von Enschede am 13.05.2000

Zusammenfassung

Der Massenanfall von Verletzten stellt den Rettungsdienst immer wieder vor eine besondere Herausforderung. Anders als beim Individualnotfall entsteht neben der notfallmedizinischen Hilfe ein sofortiger Bedarf zur Koordination nachrückender Einsatzkräfte. Führungskräfte des Rettungsdienstes in Deutschland sind “Leitender Notarzt” und “Organisatorischer Leiter”. Findet das Schadensereignis jedoch außerhalb der Ländergrenzen oder länderübergreifend statt, so sieht man sich einer Situation gegenübergestellt, die neben einer Großschadenslage zusätzlich nicht bekannte Größen möglicher länderverschiedener Einsatztaktiken und Gesetze bietet.

Unter diesem Aspekt ist es interessant, das Großschadensereignis vom niederländischen Enschede am 13.05.2000 zu betrachten und den Unglücksablauf zu beschreiben.

Abstract

The mass casualty of injured confronts the rescue service with a special challenge again and again. An immediate need arises besides the emergency medical help for the coordination of use strengths moving up differently than at the individual emergency. Executives of the rescue service in Germany are leading emergency doctor and organizational leader. If the damage event takes place, however, outside the country borders or country general, then one feels compared with a situation which offers next to sizes in addition unknown to a great damage situation of the country by different use of tactics.

It is interesting from this aspect to look at the great damage event of the Dutch Enschede on May 13th, 2000 and to examine the accident expiry by different points of view.
