Zusammenfassung

In diesem Kapitel werden Dyshidrose, seborrhoisches Ekzem, nummuläres Ekzem sowie die sehr seltene exsudative diskoide lichenoide Dermatitis (Oid-Oid-disease) abgehandelt. Während für die Dyshidrose unterschiedliche Ursachen bekannt sind, sind unsere Kenntnisse über die Ursachen des nummulären Ekzems und der seborrhoischen Dermatitis nach wie vor sehr beschränkt oder umstritten. Die Chronizität all dieser Erkrankungen bleibt die wesentliche Herausforderung im Alltag des Dermatologen.
