Zusammenfassung

  • Nach Entfernung des Mandrins wird die Nadel flach abgekippt und in einem Winkel von 45° parallel zum Hautniveau vorsichtig zurückgezogen.

  • Die Nadelspitze fällt meist mit einem fühlbaren Ruck in das Lumen; ein pulsierender Blutstrom aus der Hohlnadel zeigt die intraarterielle Lage an.

  • Draht vor dem Rückzug der Nadel vorbereiten und bereithalten!
