Zusammenfassung

Zunächst wird der wechselseitige Konstitutionszusammenhang von Biographie, Leib und Krankheitserleben theoretisch aufgezeigt. In der Fallrekonstruktion wird die biographische Strukturierung einer 55-jährigen Frau nach Krebserkrankung nachvollzogen. Es wird gezeigt, wie die zunächst ichzentrierte Selbstsuche mit Krankheitswert (Anorexie in der späten Adoleszenz) allmählich in einer Reihe von Krisenerfahrungen umgestellt wird auf eine stärker responsive Leiblichkeitskonstitution.
