Zusammenfassung

Es existiert nicht der Schichtarbeiter. Jeder bringt seine persönlichen Eigenschaften in die Arbeit im Schichtdienst mit. Daher ist es von großer Bedeutung seinen persönlichen Chronotyp, sein Schlafverhalten und seine Schichtdiensttoleranz zu ermitteln. Ferner gilt es den individuellen Hang zum Präsentismus und die persönliche Work-Life-Balance zu betrachten.
