32. Intrapartaler Ultraschall

Zusammenfassung

Als „intrapartaler Ultraschall“ wird die nichtinvasive sonographische Diagnostik unter der Geburt bezeichnet, die in den letzten Jahren eine zunehmende klinische Anwendung erfahren hat. Dieses Kapitel beschreibt den Einsatz der Sonographie zur Geburtsleitung und Operationsplanung, zur Prädiktion oder Erkennung von geburtshilflichen Komplikationen und zur Evaluation der Eröffnungs- und Austreibungsphase einschließlich der Diagnostik bei Notfällen. Hierzu zählen ferner die Beurteilung der Uteruswand einschließlich geburtsrelevanter Myome, die vorzeitige Plazentalösung und die Uterusruptur, die fetale Zustandsbeurteilung (Differenzierung eines suspekten CTG) sowie die Untersuchung des Fetus unter geburtsmechanischen Gesichtspunkten (Lage, Rotation, Höhenstand des vorangehenden Kopfes).
