Zusammenfassung

Die Arbeit im Schichtdienst geht mit physischen, psychischen und sozialen Belastungen einher. Pflegende sollten diese kennen, um ihnen entgegenwirken zu können. Eine sinnvolle Prävention der gesundheitlichen Belastungen beginnt mit der Kenntnis über die entsprechenden Gefahren.
