6. Gehirn und Wirbelsäule

Zusammenfassung

Die Beurteilung des Gehirns erfolgt üblicherweise zwischen der 18+0 und 24+0 SSW. Leitlinien empfehlen die Darstellung des Zerebellums, der Cisterna magna, der Seitenventrikel, des Plexus choroideus, der Falx cerebri und des Cavum septi pellucidi, um die Detektionsrate kongenitaler Hirnanomalien zu verbessern. Die zwei sonographischen Standardeinstellungen durch das fetale Gehirn werden dargelegt. Nach Beschreibung der Anatomie und der physiologischen Hirnentwicklung werden Krankheitsbilder und Fehlentwicklungen vorgestellt. Neben deren Diagnostik werden mögliche Therapien und die Prognose diskutiert. Zudem werden alle wichtigen Fehlbildungen des Rückenmarks und der Wirbelsäule behandelt.
