20. Geburtshilfliche Zervixsonographie und Diagnostik der drohenden Frühgeburt

Zusammenfassung

Die Frühgeburtlichkeit ist das klinische Problem in der Geburtshilfe mit dem größten Anteil an Gesamtmorbidität und -mortalität. Die Methode der Zervixsonographie stellt den Goldstandard zur Diagnose der drohenden Frühgeburt dar und ermöglicht in Kombination mit teilweise schon lange bekannten Interventionen vielfach eine wirksame Sekundär- und Tertiärprävention.
