8. Funktionelle und kognitive Rehabilitation

Zusammenfassung

In diesem Kapitel werden die behandelbaren Symptome, also die Ansatzpunkte der Neurorehabilitation, beschrieben. Bei Patienten mit Schlaganfall, Parkinson, MS oder Demenz können die bisher beleuchteten Symptome ein stark einschränkender Faktor der Alltagsaktivität sein. Interventionen mit Bezug auf Mobilität, Muskelkraft, Ausdauer, Sensorik, Balance, Spastik und kognitiver Rehabilitation sind ein Ausgangspunkt für die therapeutische Begleitung und Behandlung jedes Patienten mit einer zentralneurologischen Erkrankung. Die Behandlung muss zum allgemeinen Wohlbefinden und zur Verbesserung der Funktion beitragen. Um die therapeutische Begleitung zu evaluieren, muss sie messbar gestaltet sein. Klinimetrie ist ein wichtiges Stichwort innerhalb jeder Therapie.
