22. Fetale Wachstumsrestriktion

Zusammenfassung

Bei der fetalen Wachstumsrestriktion („Fetal growth restriction“ (FGR)) erreicht der Fetus aufgrund verschiedener Pathologien nicht das genetisch vorgegebene Wachstumspotenzial und fällt daher pränatal durch ein Abflachen der Wachstumskurve oder kleiner als erwartete fetale Maße auf. Bei der plazentar bedingten FGR unterscheiden sich die frühe (32 SSW) und späte Form im klinischen Verlauf und Management. Bei der frühen FGR werden Arteria umbilicalis, Ductus venosus und cCTG sowie biophysikalische Parameter untersucht, um den Entbindungszeitpunkt zu bestimmen. Bei der späten FGR liegt das Hauptaugenmerk auf der cerebroplazentaren Ratio und der Arteria cerebri media.
