13. Fetale Tumoren

Zusammenfassung

Kongenitale Tumoren sind selten. Sie stellen in der Regel benigne Läsionen dar. Die Raumforderungen können überwiegend zystisch, solide oder eine Mischform aus beiden sein. Die pränatale Diagnose erfolgt meist im späten II. oder III. Trimester. Die Einteilung erfolgt nach Lokalisation und vermuteter histologischer Diagnose. Lymphangiome und Teratome sind pränatal die am häufigsten anzutreffenden Tumore. Die pränatale Diagnose eines fetalen Tumors erlaubt die interdisziplinäre Betreuung und Beratung der Schwangeren, die engmaschigere Überwachung der Schwangerschaft sowie die Optimierung des geburtshilflichen Managements. Dies kann zu einer Verbesserung des kindlichen Outcomes beitragen.
