Zusammenfassung

Epidemiologische Daten zum Stottern werden beschrieben: In welchem Alter beginnt Stottern? Wie verbreitet ist es? Wie hoch ist die Remissionsrate? Wie verteilt es sich auf die Geschlechter? Weiterhin wird der Einfluss genetischer Faktoren auf die Entstehung des Stotterns diskutiert.
