16. Dreidimensionale Ultraschalldiagnostik in der Geburtshilfe

Zusammenfassung

In den letzten 15 Jahren hat sich die 3D-Sonographie in der pränatalen Diagnostik vom einfachen »Baby-Facing« losgelöst, um einen festen Platz in der modernen Bildgebung des Fetus zu erobern. Statt nur mittels 2D-Sonographie zu untersuchen, kann der Arzt heute die Volumensonographie anwenden, in der ein oder mehrere Volumendatensätze aufgenommen werden. Nach digitaler Bearbeitung kann die im Volumen gespeicherte digitale Bildinformation in verschiedenen Darstellungsarten abgebildet werden. Neben dem bekannten Oberflächenmodus können auch Skelett- oder Glass-Body-Modus oder andere Modi verwendet werden. Eine größere Anwendung findet inzwischen die Rekonstruktion von Schnittebenen oder die tomographische Darstellung der Organe, wie man sie aus der CT- oder MRT-Diagnostik kennt. Im folgenden Kapitel werden die vielen 3D-Funktionen sowohl unter technischen als auch unter klinischen Gesichtspunkten erläutert.
