24. Besonderheiten der geburtshilflichen Anästhesie bei einer Risikopatientin

Zusammenfassung

Das Achondroplasie-Syndrom ist die häufigste Form des genetisch bedingen Minderwuchses. Aufgrund der anatomischen Verhältnisse ist das peripartale Management von Müttern mit Achondroplasie-Syndrom eine besondere Herausforderung und erfordert eine gute Zusammenarbeit zwischen den beteiligten Disziplinen. Als Geburtsmodus der Wahl gilt die Sectio caesarea, die sowohl in Allgemeinästhesie als auch in rückenmarknaher Regionalanästhesie durchgeführt werden kann. In diesem Patientengut bieten beide Verfahren spezifische Vor- und Nachteile, die eine optimale Vorbereitung erforderlich machen. Insbesondere in geburtshilflichen Notfallsituationen ist daher eine enge Absprache zwischen beteiligten Geburtshelfern und Anästhesisten notwendig, um eine optimale Versorgung der Patientinnen sicherzustellen.
