Zusammenfassung

Um einen sexuellen Missbrauch an Kindern zu erkennen, ist ein Wissen über mögliche Auffälligkeiten und Hinweiszeichen notwendig. Der Autor gibt einen Überblick über das Spektrum möglicher Zeichen, verdeutlicht aber gleichzeitig, dass es – anders als bei körperlicher Misshandlung – keine eindeutigen Zeichen gibt, die beweisend für sexuellen Missbrauch sind. Es wird zudem darauf eingegangen, dass sexueller Missbrauch auch stattfinden kann, wenn ein betroffenes Kind oder Jugendlicher keine Auffälligkeiten zeigt. In einem zweiten Teil werden die Folgen von sexuellem Missbrauch für die Betroffenen dargestellt.
