7. Andere energieaufzehrende Situationen

Zusammenfassung

In diesem Kapitel werden weitere wichtige Bedingungen genannt, die zu einer vermehrten Energieausgabe beitragen. Das sind zum einen Schlafprobleme mit erhöhter Wachheit, während derer man eine erhöhte körperliche Aktivität aufweist und deshalb mehr Energie ausgibt. Auch sind das chronisch schwelende Infekte ohne starke Entzündungsreaktion wie beispielsweise eine chronische Leberentzündung bei weitgehend normaler Leberfunktion (Hepatitis). Aber auch Angstzustände und chronische Angst erhöhen die Energieausgabe. Rauchen stellt eine weitere energieaufzehrende Situation dar. Oft kommen die Dinge gemeinsam vor, sodass das Prinzip des Doppeltreffers erneut gilt.
